Working Out
Well I decided last week it was time to get into the best shape of my life. When I got sick a couple weeks ago, I weighed in at 220 lbs. Today I have reached 206 lbs. My ultimate goal is about 180 lbs. It has been quite a while since I saw that weight. I am starting to run and eat healthy. I have come in pretty close on my calorie count in order to loose wight. I am drinking more water and eating very nutritious.
How do I monitor what I am doing? http://www.everydayhealth.com is a free website that you can create a profile and keep track of weight, measurements, calories and exercises. It is very beneficial and you can achieve your goal, the healthy way. Be sure to eat all color foods and do not load up on the fat or carbs.
