Mountain Biking

Wow, My second time on a mountain bike trail and I am sore! Robert and I went to Chickasaw Trace in Columbia and rode the entire trail. I also ran 4.5 miles before we went. I really enjoy riding the trails and hope to ride more next spring. It would be nice to start a group in Robertson County for mountain biking. Maybe we will do so.
